Dawn Ottman

Helped a Veteran to deal with PTSD

Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2017

"The way in which the author's insight was put into words was wonderful. Often we know what/how we feel but words fail us. Now, I have the words!

My sincere gratitude,

Captain Dawn Ottman

(A veteran with PTSD which results in depression at times)"

James Dunsworth

So Glad I Found This! So much insight!

Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2014

"I've read Ms. George's book of poetry entitled, Sanctuaerie and found it helpful in understanding depressing. When I came across this book also written by Ms. George, I jumped at the chance to read it. I thought it was very insightful and helped me to understand even more in depth to those who have depression. It showed me how I can do my part to see them through their low times. If anyone wants to learn how to support friends and loved ones dealing with depression, I would highly suggest reading this book."
